The Governors are looking to recruit two temporary part-time teaching assistants for one year, from 1 September 2025. 

                                                              Position one: 15.5 hours including TA hours and three evenings at afterschool club.

                                                              Position two: 10 hours as a TA and possible lunch duties.

Salary: Grade 4: £23 500 pro rata

We are looking for someone to join our dedicated, happy team who:

• ·         has experience of working with children who have SEND (preferable)
•       has an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
•        has an understanding of children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or who is willing to learn about children with SEND
• ·          has a patient, calm and encouraging manner with children
•             is able to motivate a child in all aspects of their development

• ·         is able to build good relationships with all children
• ·         is enthusiastic and uses their own initiative
• ·         can work well in a team and be flexible
• ·         makes learning exciting, varied and purposeful
• ·         is articulate and has a good standard of Maths and English
• ·         has high expectations of attainment and behaviour from all pupils
• ·         wants to work with a forward thinking and motivated team
• ·         would be committed to our Catholic ethos and community
